Water - Friendship
Some friends are calm and steady and push toward their goals with unwaivering direction. We don't always understand them, but they do things "right" and are fun to spend time with. Simply being in their presence enables us to do great things.
About This Photo: Several of my friends mountain bike and spend time underwater - so why not bike on the bottom of a lake? Our resident diving/electronics had the resources and expertise to make it happen. He orchestrated and even produced a video of the event. |

About This Photo: I was on the back of a tandem bicycle while taking this photo. It was the last Fourth Of July before things went through a cold period. Alcohol and Separation changed things. Friends abandoned, and people moved away. The once big blowout continues to change and grow in new ways. |

Water - Journey
Is it time to visit a part of you that has been inaccessible for a while? Has the ice melted? Is it time to move on?
About This Photo: I was wandering around Alaska in a rental car and picked a town out on a map. Unknown to me, the town had been only accessible by boat for 30 years - and the tunnel opened less than an hour before. This photo was taken at the end of a long peer (the only way in before) over frigid water. |
