About This Photo: We met in the Caribbean and had many wonderful journeys. Here at Niagra falls we had to choose whether to climb up (and face wind, water, and slippery steps) or go home. We (or I) chose to stay dry and eventually we went our separate ways having never really gotten started. |

About This Photo: This photo sparked my love of photography. I drove by a local fairground days after it got hit by a tornado. I hopped the fence and shot several rolls of black and white and developed them at school. I discovered a new part of myself in the darkroom as the print developed. |

About This Photo: I was part of a startup that pioneered distance learning. Early on, one of the founder's best friends moved from Turkey to be a developer. He turned out to be one of the hardest workers: pulling late nights and always greating you with a smile and a laugh. He pulled the team together and I can't remember ever hearing him complain. |
